Students intending to join architecture should immediately start preparing for architecture entrance exam.

A large number of students are under the impression that since they have given the JEE (B. Arch.) exam they would get admission on the basis of this exam. As a matter of fact very few colleges accept the score of JEE. Most of the self-financing and other architecture colleges and schools in India accept only NATA score. Unless and until you clear NATA exam you cannot get admission in these colleges.  MBS school of architecture, USAP and Vastukala Academy are under Guru Gobind Singh IP University (GGSIPU) and they accept only NATA score. Almost all the private colleges of architecture of Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, etc. accept only NATA score.

Only qualified and experienced architects can provide coaching and guidance for architecture entrance exams. Do not depend on Engineering Graphics/Drawing teachers or Sketching Artists. You need comprehensive preparation.  Search some coaching institute which is under the guidance of  ARCHITECTS.

IIT/B.Tech. coaching centres are not equipped to teach the subjects required for architecture entrance exam

Presently the number of schools offering five years B.Arch. degree course in the country are approximately 423 and admission to the course in all schools of architecture is compulsorily through aptitude tests. The syllabus and pattern of the tests are prescribed by Council of Architecture.
